  • No. The initial commitment is 3-months to ensure we can successfully onboard, get everything set up and start seeing results. From there onwards we move into a rolling monthly contract, where 30 days notice is required. We want you to be happy working with us and to be achieving a solid ROI that makes continuing with us a no-brainer. If for any reason that’s not the case after the initial 90-days, we’ve no desire to hold you hostage ;)

  • No. With us, you won’t have to deal with a revolving door of account managers or wait around for someone to check with the real expert behind your email marketing. You'll be working directly with our founder, Chloe, who will personally be your go-to contact for the entire duration of your retainer. We like to keep things simple and personal.

  • Depending on your budget and timeline, we can either start with a larger package, which you can later downgrade once your core flows are established, or focus on setting up the flows first before launching campaigns.
